Greensville Health and Rehabilitation Center is a long term care-short term rehab facility. Our facility “specializes in short term rehab”. Our rehabilitation unit is designed to assist our short term residents in meeting their goals and returning to their previous level of functioning. Residents are screened for services by physical, occupational and speech therapy. An assessment is completed and a treatment plan is developed based on individual needs and abilities. Residents receive rehabilitation provided in our fully-equiped gym with all services provided under a physician’s care..
