Our Healthcare Heroes Lead the way in vaccinating our residents and staff to kill the COVID virus!!

April 2024 Update

To Our Residents and Family Members:

Greensville Health and Rehabilitation Center continues to encourage covid vaccinations as recommended by the CDC of those choosing to visit their loved ones in our facility. We also continue to ask that if you test positive for covid you contact us in order that we may follow current guidelines for our facility.

Our facility practices Enhanced Barrier Protection as well as recommended by the CDC. All nursing staff or caregivers are required to wear PPE (gowns/gloves) to provide care to residents who meet certain criteria (wound, indwelling devices such as feeding tubes, catheters). This does not apply to visitors or other facility employees, only caregivers during direct care.

Visitors are welcome at our front entrance Monday - Friday from 8am ti/ 5pm and at the back entrance at anytime including evenings and weekends. Employees enter at the back door or as assigned. Doors will be locked at 7 p.m. for the safety of our residents and staff.

We offer facility tours anytime or please call our facility to make an appointment. (434-348-.2150) Please feel free to call with your questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
